Individual Therapy

Individual sessions are specifically tailored to each individual depending on what brings them to Therapy. Each session is led by the individual so we may work in a variety of different ways depending on the intentions, learning styles and expectations.

An individual session can include a discussion of your goals and intentions and space to explore the intentions through practices such as movement, breathing and focusing on sensations in the body. Talking therapy and psychological approaches such cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion focused therapy may be interweaved, to increase awareness and facilitate change. Space for integration and takeaway practices can be discussed to transform the experiences from the session into everyday life.

An introduction to working with your mind and body through psychological tools and yoga practices.

An opportunity to connect with others and to meet your body with awareness and curiosity within a welcoming space. 

Monthly workshops covering a range of topics for mastering physical, mental and emotional health. 

Each workshop includes intention setting, information and education on mental health, experiential mind and body practices such as breathing and embodied movement, and practical self management tools to take away to master your health and lead an emotionally balanced life.

6 Week Intensive Course

Psychological Yoga Therapy for Emotional Resilience

A 6 week introduction to psychological yoga therapy, using an interweave of psychological perspectives and yoga practices to manage mental and physical health and promote emotional resilience.

This educational, experiential and reflective group course will help you to understand the impact of mental health on the mind and body and provide you with practical tools and takeaway practices to use in everyday life.

Practices include body mapping, psychoeducation on the nervous system, journaling, group discussion, embodied movement, breathing practices and more.

Each week we will move through the layers of the mind and body including raising awareness, working with the physical body, working with the mind and thoughts, working with the body and emotions, working with our innate wisdom and taking action and integrating our experiences to promote emotional resilience.
