I had my first yoga therapy session with Tash today. I went into the session feeling anxious and not knowing what to expect. Tash immediately made me feel at ease and able to open upto her. She gathered lots of information on my situation and I already felt more relaxed after speaking through everything. I found the techniques very interesting and I will be using them in my everyday life. Especially the technique of using my 5 senses. This really made me switch off from anything else going on in my mind. I am really excited and intrigued to see how my following sessions go and what they bring up for me.
