A professional, supportive space for meaningful psychological change.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, low mood, or are looking to strengthen your clinical practice, this evidence-based work provides a contained, professional space for insight, integration, and growth.
This is not about quick fixes or surface-level advice.
It is about thoughtful exploration, steady progress, and lasting emotional change.
CBT is an evidence-based, personalised approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviours interact and how to shift patterns that no longer serve you.
CBT is particularly helpful for those navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, unhelpful coping patterns, or self-critical thinking. Together, we explore what drives your reactions, gently challenge limiting patterns, and develop tools that create real, lasting change in daily life.
In my work, I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help you approach challenges with curiosity, self-compassion, and flexibility. This creates a supportive, practical, and relatable approach, grounded in science, but shaped to your unique experiences.

EMDR therapy is a powerful, evidence-based treatment for trauma, PTSD, and distressing life experiences that continue to affect you in the present.
Traumatic or overwhelming experiences can become “stuck” in the nervous system, leading to ongoing emotional, physical, or relational difficulties. EMDR helps the brain reprocess these memories so they no longer dictate thoughts, emotions, or bodily responses. This approach helps you move from survival mode to feeling grounded, safe, and more in control.
HOW EMDR WORKS:
EMDR follows a clear, structured eight-phase process, beginning with preparation and stabilisation, before moving into trauma processing when you are ready.
A key component of EMDR is bilateral stimulation (BLS). This usually involves guided eye movements, but may also include alternating taps or tones. BLS helps activate the brain’s natural information-processing system, allowing distressing memories to be reprocessed and stored in a more adaptive way.
You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process. EMDR does not require you to relive trauma in detail, and the work proceeds at a pace that feels safe and contained.
Over time, distress linked to traumatic memories typically reduces, along with associated beliefs, emotions, and body responses.

Supervision is an opportunity to pause, think deeply, and grow into the therapist you want to be. It’s a space to explore your practice with curiosity, confidence, and support, while also recognising the human side of delivering therapy.
Offered to both trainee and qualified therapists, this is a collaborative space rooted in evidence-based CBT and formulation-led practice, while also recognising the importance of reflection, curiosity, and the human side of the work.
This is a space to integrate learning, pause, and step forward with greater confidence in a supportive, practical, and inspiring environment where you can continue evolving as a therapist.
