Cancellations

Individual Therapy

Individual sessions can be re-arranged or cancelled via email, phone or text with at least 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours is given, a 50% charge will apply. If less than 24 hours is given or there is a failure to attend, the full amount will be charged.

Wellness Workshops

Wellness Workshop bookings can be re-arranged or cancelled via email, phone or text with at least 24 hours notice.

Intensive Courses

Once the Intensive Courses have been paid for in full, the amount is non-refundable. If you are not able to attend the course, you can find someone to take your place by passing on their details and the payment can be transferred over.

Insurance

Insurance for professional liability is held with Balens specialist Insurance brokers for Health and Well-Being Professionals and covers all of the services Ascend Wellness offers.
