I am passionate about guiding you to move beyond survival and step into the version of yourself you were always meant to be.

What I do.

As a mind-body therapist and empowerment coach, I believe that meaningful change begins by reconnecting with yourself in a deeper, more integrated way.

When you work with both the mind and body, there’s space to understand your patterns, process what’s been held, and move beyond the beliefs and responses that have kept you feeling stuck.

My approach supports you to release emotional blocks, create a sense of safety within yourself, and build a steady, trusting relationship with who you are.

From there, change becomes more natural, sustainable, and truly your own.

My approach is holistic and personal.

With over a decade of experience in psychology and personal growth, I combine evidenced-based psychological therapies, with somatic body-based therapies and coaching, to promote mind-body connections, as I truly have experienced for myself, the power of reconnecting with myself and consciously create the life I desire.

When the relationship with yourself begins to shift, everything else follows: your work, your relationships, your choices, and your overall sense of direction.

My mission is simple:

MY JOURNEY

From pain to purpose: The heart behind Ascend Wellness.

Since a young child, I felt trapped in my own mind, constantly overthinking, battling anxiety, and carrying emotional weight I couldn’t seem to release. No matter how much I tried to push forward, I always felt held back by self-doubt, stress, and a sense that something was missing.

After experiencing a series of ongoing personal setbacks, a minor car accident and a relationship break up whilst caring for a close family member who was experiencing mental health difficulties I started feeling burnout, stuck and uninterested in life and I started experiencing back pain and various digestive issues. I realized that talking about my struggles wasn’t enough and that I needed to feel and release everything I was holding in my body.

That’s when I experienced a turning point and discovered the power of the mind-body connection. Through a combination, over a period of time, of talking therapies, coaching, yoga therapy and Trauma release exercises (TRE), I learned how to:

  • Shift my perspective on how I view life and break free from limiting beliefs
  • Release stress and trauma stored in my body
  • Reconnect with my purpose and move forward with clarity
 

The change wasn’t instant, but as I started integrating these tools into my daily life, I felt lighter, clearer, and more aligned. The anxiety reduced, the tension in my body eased, and I finally felt free to create the life I truly wanted.

Now, I help others who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps to break through emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, heal their bodies, and step into their full potential, because I have experienced first-hand that true transformation is possible!
